Doyon Anvil’s Project Controls Group helps our project teams develop their projects’ baseline scope, schedule, and budget. We also provide total installed cost (TIC) estimates that incorporate local pricing and labor productivity, using phase-appropriate estimating methodologies (factored or quantity based).
After setting the project baseline, we monitor project progress and performance using several tools, including earned value methodology, a 3rd party scheduling software, and IPCS – our in-house developed suite of Integrated Project Controls tools.
Change Management is an important aspect of our business. We want to provide only those products and services that our clients want – and our tools and work processes provide the visibility necessary to ensure this happens.
Reporting via IPCS is extremely flexible and truly fit-for-purpose. When existing and commonly used reports don’t meet a client’s needs, IPCS programmers can quickly provide custom reports based on their specifications. IPCS also provides a sophisticated search and summary engine (Find Tool) that allows users to query data based on their specifically defined criterion. The resulting data is easily exported to Excel for reporting and analysis.
We have extensive experience working with 3rd party auditing companies, such as IPA (Independent Project Analysis, Inc.) to ensure we achieve the results our client’s require.
